The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 2026-22 on July 27 approving James Bunyan's application for a conditional-use permit to construct a second dwelling at 5330 North Twin Lakes Road in an R‑1 Dwelling District. Commissioner Joe Hewgley moved the resolution; Commissioner Jerry Woodruff seconded it. The motion carried with Commissioners Hewgley, Kent Weems, Chris Bruns and Jerry Woodruff voting yes and Commissioner Micaela Wuehler abstaining.
