Manske said the bulk of the funds—about $400,000—would be devoted to direct client management and deliverables, with the balance covering indirect costs such as benefits and facility fees. "We're requesting $500,000. 400,000 of that is going directly to our social services case management program to keep and retain the amazing staff that I have," Manske told legislators. Committee members thanked Save KC for the presentation and asked for written details on staffing and measurable outcomes to help assess the ask during budget deliberations.
