CLEAR CREEK ISD explained the district's four-step process for identifying students who need English-learner supports. The presenter said, "Bước một là home Language with survey mà mỗi gia đình đều điền khi ghi danh... Bước hai: Phần kiểm tra tiếng Anh... Bước ba là phần xem xét... Bước bốn là một lá thư gửi đến gia đình quý vị." Those steps are: (1) a Home Language Survey at enrollment, (2) a short English proficiency check, (3) a review by a trained staff team, and (4) a written notice to families in their preferred language.
