Staff told the commission that the applicant for a conditional use permit and preliminary site plans for a 32,152 square‑foot office building at 8105 95th Street had submitted a letter (dated 10/10/2024) requesting withdrawal of the application. A commissioner moved and the commission voted to accept the withdrawal.
