Secretary Linda Saarnijoki made the motion after the board returned to open session; Vice Chair Jim Linville seconded the motion and it was approved without recorded opposition.

The board also agreed to consult the Vermont League of Cities and Towns (VLCT) and Marc Pickering from the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) about the violations and possible remedies.
