Task force names subcommittees and tasks them to draft measurable goals
Members reviewed subcommittee rosters (equity and contracting, workforce, IEDC liaison, EI dashboard and community engagement), confirmed leads and asked each subcommittee to produce specific end goals and findings to inform task force recommendations to the Black Caucus and commission.
