County IT staff reported an urgent equipment failure at the sheriff's office: a UPS (battery backup) unit that serves the main server (CCSOS1) is showing zero runtime and an amber alarm light, and several dispatch workstation components appear to be failing. IT representatives said they were working to identify the model and either replace the battery or the entire unit and that the UPS issue "does not have to wait on the meeting on the 2nd."
