Several residents used the public forum on May 20 to raise policy and local-service concerns. Harold Lanning urged Supervisors to take action regarding the Iowa Legislature’s recently passed Property Tax Relief bill. Rhonda Braudis and Emergency Management Agency Coordinator Kim Elder warned of unintended consequences from SF2472 that affect 911 and Emergency Management budgets; Braudis announced a May 22 meeting on SF2472, 911, and Emergency Management concerns.
