County staff told the commissioners that the county is in transition on IT services and that the main county internet connection has produced latency and dropouts affecting remote desktop sessions and phone audio. The court heard that several older devices remain to be migrated and that the most significant near‑term change is the planned March 1 rollout of eFORCE, the law‑enforcement records management and RMS software.
