Henderson board adopts Chester County 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan

Recorder Jim E. Garland presented Resolution 2026-002 to adopt the 2025 Chester County Hazard Mitigation Plan, a document discussed in the wake of the recent ice storm. Garland said the plan was approved by FEMA per EMA Director Connor. Alderman Jason Rhodes moved to adopt the resolution; Alderman Buel Maness seconded and the board voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 2026-002.
