Cass County board designates elected officials as 'employees' for public-data requests
The Cass County Board voted unanimously to classify elected officials as employees under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act so the county can respond to a recent personnel data request. Administrator Josh Stevenson told the board the designation was needed to comply with the request.
