The Kay County Public Buildings Authority voted April 27, 2026, to approve a Management Representation Letter from Ober & Littlefield CPA, PLLC related to the financial statements for the PBA audit for fiscal year 2025. Member Shane Jones moved the approval and Vice‑Chairman Jeff Kreger seconded; the minutes record the vote as "Motion carried: Kreger, aye; Jones, aye; Shanks, aye."
