Kay County approves Equity Bank certificate service for Free Fair awards
The Kay County Board of County Commissioners approved a Certificate Service Agreement with Equity Bank to redeem Certificates of Award for the Kay County Free Fair at Equity Bank locations in Newkirk and Ponca City; the DA requested textual changes to identify the county board and the fair name.

The Kay County Board of County Commissioners voted April 27 to approve a Certificate Service Agreement with Equity Bank under which the bank will redeem Certificates of Award issued to winning contestants and provide vouchers to the county for reimbursement.
