The Nobles County Board approved revisions to Personnel Policy P-214 (Work Hours & Attendance) that remove a confusing restriction on earning flex time during weeks when extended sick bank, annual leave or flex time is used. The deleted sentence had limited department-level flexibility and overlapped with other policy language.
