Mayor Johann R. Wallace performed the first reading of Ordinance 2026-02 at the Jan. 22 meeting. The ordinance would amend Town Code Title 9 (Public Peace, Morals and Welfare), Chapter 9.20, to change the circumstances under which minors may lawfully possess firearms so that the town code aligns with A.R.S. 13-3108(G)(2)(d).
