The Chisago County Board adopted Resolution No. 26/0506-2 approving the final plat of Jensen Subdivision, allowing property owners Dean Jensen and Shereen Jensen to create two lots from an approximately 6.5-acre parcel south of 500th Street on the east side of Bayside Avenue in Nessel Township (PID 06.01227.00). The resolution notes the Preliminary Plat was approved previously and that title evidence and a county attorney opinion were submitted prior to final action.
