Teresa Stevens-Marth, chair of the Floyd County Board of Adjustment, opened a public hearing April 2, 2026, on a Conditional Use application filed by Thomas Bjelica to allow cabin and recreational-vehicle parking at two St. Charles Township parcels (Parcel #11-32-200-005-00 and Parcel #11-33-300-005-00). The board voted to approve both applications by a roll call of five ayes and zero nays.
