The commission voted to go into a five-minute executive session to discuss non-elected personnel matters related to workman's compensation. Chair (S1) moved and the board entered executive session by voice vote. After the allotted time the board reconvened in open session and a motion was made and seconded to come out of executive session "with no action taken," which the board approved by voice vote.
