Chair (S1) moved and the board entered executive session by voice vote. After the allotted time the board reconvened in open session and a motion was made and seconded to come out of executive session "with no action taken," which the board approved by voice vote.
No personnel actions or votes were recorded in open session as a result of the executive session. The matter remains under staff monitoring and may return to the agenda if formal action becomes necessary.
