Commission hires part-time spray applicator for Weed Department at $15 an hour
After a report that spraying work is behind schedule, the board unanimously approved hiring Ron Scott as a part-time spray applicator for the weed department at $15 per hour.

John (Director) told the board crews are behind on spraying due to weather and recommended hiring a retired applicator to increase capacity. He said the applicant lives in St. John, has a driver's license but not a spray license and could spray under John’s supervision while arrangements are finalized. "We're pretty far behind because of the weather and everything else," John said, and recommended hiring the applicant on a part-time basis.
