Tyler Technologies says recent service issues addressed; county keeps records search module

Tyler Technologies representatives reported to the Parker County Commissioners Court that recent support tickets and configuration problems have largely been resolved and that the vendor and county are working on ongoing items. Tiffany Kernett, senior client executive at Tyler Technologies, said the vendor conducted on‑site and remote support in May, reset a judge's calendar, and provided training on forms and workflow processes.

County IT staff said communication and weekly meetings with Tyler have improved. The court also approved an amendment to the Tyler contract that retains only the "content manager" portion of the Tyler Eagle system—used to search commissioner's court minutes—because the county has migrated other features to a different vendor. The contract amendment was approved by motion and carried 5–0.

Tiffany Kernett noted that Tyler provided a pro forma for anticipated SaaS fee increases for the next year and that Tyler invited county staff to a client user group to aid coordination. County leaders praised the vendor's responsiveness after a judge's calendar syncing problem was corrected and said they will maintain ongoing weekly communications to address remaining tickets.
