The commission considered a planned development amendment (PLD-01-2026, Emerald Falls Investment Company, L.L.C.) and preliminary and final plats for Emerald Falls Tract 10 and Blocks 10–15. Motions were recorded to approve or conditionally approve the development and plats (for example, "MOTION TO CONDITIONALLY APPROVE: SKEEN; SECOND: MOORE" and other similar lines appear in the minutes).
