All five motions passed on unanimous roll calls (DeLozier-aye, Hendrix-aye, Brown-aye).
The minutes record the board's procedural approval to solicit bids (to "let" the bids) but do not include winning vendors or bid amounts; those results will be determined after the solicitation period.
