Jonathan Comer moved that the Economic Development Authority convene in closed session to discuss a potential project for industrial property on Stoney Brook Lane in Luray, citing Virginia Code §2.2‑3711(A)(5); Dennis Fleming seconded, and the motion carried unanimously. Members reconvened in open session after the closed discussion, and the EDA certified that only matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements were discussed under §2.2‑3711 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
