Committee clears several resolutions to proceed to Legislature after edits

Chair Bill Holgate asked the Committee whether several resolutions should proceed to the full Yates County Legislature. Items discussed and cleared to advance without recorded objection included 2026 budget transfers, a resolution to establish an Opioid Settlement Reserve Fund, an amendment to Resolution No. 98-15 to adopt an electronic banking policy, and two appropriations for Social Services.
