Assessor Katie Kaufman presented a contract with Midwest Presort to handle 2026 Form 11 notice-of-assessment mailings. Commissioner Drew Storey moved to approve the agreement, Commissioner Andrew Stauffer seconded, and the motion carried 3-0.
