Commissioners approved the Highway Department recommendation to select American Structure Point as the top-ranked firm for the county's 2027–2030 bridge inspection contract. NDOT scoring of six submissions placed American Structure Point first; Commissioner Drew Storey moved to approve the recommendation and Commissioner Andrew Stauffer seconded. The vote carried 3-0.
