County IT staff presented a multi‑factor authentication policy that would issue YubiKeys to employees as an alternative to phone-based authentication. Matthew McGregor said the policy "is regarding the use of multi-factor authentication and the Yubi keys by county employees" and that it was reviewed by legal counsel and HR processes.
