Commission sets Sept. 8 hearing after approving Revenue Neutral Notice of Intent
Pratt County commissioners approved a Revenue Neutral Notice of Intent for the 2027 budget and scheduled the public budget hearing for Sept. 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the commission room at the Pratt County Courthouse.

During the budget discussion, staff and commissioners addressed the 2027 budget timeline. Commissioner Rick Shriver moved and Commissioner Thomas W. Jones III seconded a motion to approve the Revenue Neutral Notice of Intent. The motion passed 3–0. The commission set the budget hearing for Sept. 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Pratt County Courthouse, first-floor commission room at 300 S Ninnescah St.
