Commissioner Rick Shriver briefed the commission on recurring communications-equipment failures in the City of Pratt dispatch center, which he said are believed to stem from prior lightning damage. Shriver presented two replacement proposals and stated the "anticipated total project cost is approximately $90,000." He described a proposed cost-share of $30,000 each from the 911 Board, City of Pratt and Pratt County.
