Council approves switching to lower-cost dental plan with same coverage
After a workshop held earlier, council voted unanimously to switch the town's dental insurance for plan year 2025/2026 to a plan that provides the same coverage at roughly half the current cost. Staff will implement the change for the coming plan year.

The council approved switching dental insurance plans for plan year 2025/2026 after a workshop held immediately prior to the meeting. Minutes state that the new plan offers the same coverage at about half the price of the current coverage; the motion to switch was made by Charlene Louk and seconded by Emily Lamm and passed unanimously.
