- Conditional-use permit (Parcel 057029, Oak Valley Road): approval to operate a home-based commercial bakery (retail by delivery and wholesale); staff recommended approval; applicant stated the business will be limited and that retail sales will be delivery-only.
- Rezoning (Davis W. White and Living Trust, 337 Rock Creek Road, Parcel 042C139): rezoning of 0.6262 acres from residential single to commercial general to allow parcel combination; a nearby resident spoke in support.
- Variance (Teresa Cantrell, Parcel 056E023, Lighthouse Pointe Martin): variance to allow an accessory structure within the front yard for boat storage; staff cited neighboring examples and recommended approval.
All four items were approved by voice vote at the Planning Commission meeting and will be considered by the Stephens County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 9.
