The board approved a proposal from JMA Architecture for architectural and engineering services to evaluate the viability of an existing government building and develop a space program. Staff described a two-phase effort: Phase 1 would evaluate the existing structure (estimated ~45 days) and Phase 2 would develop a program of space and potential additions (estimated ~75 days). Total estimated cost was cited as about $75,000 with SPLOST 7 funds available.
