Staff presented two related rezoning requests (items 6 and 7) involving the same agent: one from Marvin Roche to rezone residential single to agricultural residential for a property combination, and one from Charles Smith (2688 Nub Garland Road, Parcel 023160) to rezone 0.64 acres to agricultural residential so parcels could be combined. The Planning Commission recommended approval of both items and the board approved them by voice vote after no public speakers opposed the measures.
