The board approved a variance/rezoning request introduced on the agenda for James Blesse (1410 South Yall Mill Road, Takoa, Parcel 60084). Staff said the property was currently zoned agricultural residential and the requested action would grant a variance to allow an additional principal structure on site; the Planning Commission recommended approval.
