The board opened a public hearing on the 2026 capital improvement expenditure annual update and recorded no public comment during the allotted comment period (July 7'026 to July 21'026). Community Development staff said they requested permission to send the draft to the 3 Rivers Commission and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for review; once those agencies provide comments, the board will consider final approval.
