The Iron County Comprehensive Planning/Land & Zoning Committee approved an application to construct a 3,360-square-foot building, including 1,008 square feet of living quarters, on Lot 14 of Beaver Lodge Estates (5881N Beaver Lodge Circle, Town of Mercer). Administrator Erika Roeder confirmed that all required documents were provided and meet current ordinance standards.
