The Human Services Committee reviewed a resolution to approve updated by‑laws for the Genesee Livingston Orleans Wyoming Workforce Development Board (GLOW WDB). Committee minutes record a post‑committee finding that Article VIII of the by‑laws reserves amendment or repeal authority to a two‑thirds vote of the entire WDB at a regularly scheduled WDB meeting after notice; the minutes state Wyoming County will not be passing a resolution to approve the by‑laws.
