The Allen County Drainage Board voted to reschedule the public hearing on the Tiernan Unit periodic maintenance petition (Doc #26-050) to May 7, 2026. ACSO recommended the change and the motion to set the new hearing date was made by Rich Beck and seconded by Jim Orr; the minutes record that the motion carried.
