An Owner-Architect-Contractor update on May 4 brought construction teams and architects before the Minidoka County Board to review progress on a proposed new judicial building. Matt Frankel of Myers Anderson Architects led the presentation and updates with contractors from Koyle's Classic Construction on hand.
Following discussion of construction needs, Commissioner Schaeffer moved to approve change order #PR1 to allow electrical changes for the building's elevator in the amount of $7,621.30; Commissioner Koyle seconded and the motion carried. The board set the next OAC meeting for June 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
