He still wants 5. It's just whether he wants to use the house and if they're close enough to the house,” staff said, recommending an extension with conditions.
Commissioners discussed the project history and neighbor preferences; one commissioner noted the applicant had secured neighbor letters preferring trees over a fence. The extension was moved, seconded and approved on a voice vote with staff oversight to ensure the septic and other engineering requirements are met before additional phased construction proceeds.
