The board approved a one-time, fixed-price consulting engagement with Abim Consulting Limited to migrate Sedgwick County's on-premises SAP ECC 6.0 financial system to SAP S/4HANA private cloud edition and implement SAP Ariba Snap for procurement. Purchasing said the firm proposed a goal-oriented billing model with 12 goals to be invoiced as milestones are met and recommended acceptance of the $2,491,998 proposal.
