Design board conditionally approves Grace Fellowship Church at 335 MacGregor Drive
The Town of Gypsum Design Review Board approved a conditional staff-led signoff for Grace Fellowship Church’s new 13,600 sq ft worship and community hall, requiring adjustments to parking encroachment, additional landscaping, screening of meters and mechanical equipment, and a change to a code-compliant exterior lighting fixture.

The Town of Gypsum Design Review Board voted to approve the Grace Fellowship Church new-construction application at 335 MacGregor Drive, allowing staff to finalize several site and material details. The board’s motion requires the applicant to reduce a parking encroachment into the front landscape setback, add additional landscaping across the site, provide a 6-foot hardy-board trash enclosure instead of the proposed stucco CMU, conceal gas and water meters, ensure mechanical equipment is fully screened from public view and replace the noncompliant W3 light fixture with a down-directed, shielded unit that meets town code.
