Avon BZA approved a 23.8-foot parking setback variance for a proposed 14,000 sq. ft. flex-space building at 801 Moore Road to align the new parking with an older adjacent building and create a cohesive development.

Bramhall Engineering representatives Aaron Appell and George Webb presented plans for a 14,000-square-foot flex-space building divided into five units with office fronts and warehouse space in back. They requested a parking setback variance from the 35-foot street right-of-way requirement to match an adjacent building’s existing 10-foot side parking setback and create a unified parking line.
