Avon council refines walking-path rules; clarifies owner responsibilities and minimum width
Council clarified Ordinance No. 14-26 to add 'repair' to owner responsibilities and supported a companion change in Ordinance No. 20-26 to require walking paths to 'be at least 8 feet in width.' Both items move forward for readings on March 9, 2026.
