Council adopted a resolution supporting proposed changes to Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) governance structure and a regional compromise that would return a gradually increasing rebate of member cities' sales-tax contributions for local mobility projects. City staff outlined that a successful pullout election by a member city would not relieve that city of past debts and could trigger service reductions across the system.
