Chris Kemp, Asotin County chief operating officer, presented a contract with All Valley Demolition & Environmental Services LLC for removal and abatement of skylights at the courthouse. Kemp said the work "will coordinate with the roof replacement but is separate at $5,250 (excluding sales tax or permits)." The Board of Commissioners approved the contract by motion.
