Board members corrected and approved last month’s minutes after a board member identified a garbled paragraph; the board approved the corrected minutes by voice vote.

Chair (S1) opened the joint Peekskill Industrial Development Agency and Peekskill Facilities Development Corporation meetings and asked for comments on the draft minutes. Alan (S3) objected to a yellow-highlighted paragraph and proposed replacement wording to reflect prior remarks about the web developer, incubator expenses and a kitchen technician.
