Supervisor Paul Stimpson moved adoption and Supervisor Robert Saunders Jr. seconded; the motion passed with the same recorded vote pattern as other motions that evening (Hamlet—aye; Newman—absent; Tyree—aye; Stimpson—aye; Saunders—aye).
