The Finance Committee reviewed a proposed professional services agreement with WHKS to provide assistant county engineer services at approximately 20 hours per week through Nov. 30, 2025. County Engineer Mark Mathon said the cost "would not exceed $85,000" and proposed funding from the county bridge fund, matching fund and the general highway fund; Dee Rentmeister noted $60,174 is budgeted for engineering tech in the general highway fund.
