The board approved a site plan for Garber Motors along Route 360 subject to a staff condition that the developer use an interconnection to a nearby truck stop for a crossover if and when that access becomes available.

The Amelia County Board of Supervisors approved a site plan for Garber Motors on Route 360 after staff explained required modifications to comply with the Route 360 Overlay District. Planner Austin (S17) said the county would require the developer to add a note to the plan obligating future interconnection to a truck‑stop crossover if that crossover becomes available, though the proposed entrance is acceptable while the crossover is not yet achievable.
